1. I didn’t get the email containing my “Thank You” reward code – where is it?
a. Please check your inbox and junk box, and make sure to tell your email program to “allow” emails from tellsubway.co.uk or tellsubway.ie. If the email is not in your inbox or junk box, click here to send an email to customer support and request a copy of your “Thank You” email.
2. What do I need to do to take a survey?
a. You’ll need a valid, legible purchase receipt from a SUBWAY® Store, and a valid email address.
3. How often can I take a survey?
a. Surveys are currently limited to once per 24-hour period per customer.
4. Can I just print out the coupon and bring it to the Store to get my “Thank You” reward?
a. No, sorry – please take your purchase receipt and the cookie voucher email to the Store that served you to redeem your “Thank you” reward.
